My personal Yoga journey began in my early twenties when I started to notice the transformative magic it had. Over the next few years I found my creative space in the world through Yoga and Movement and wanted to share this gift with the people around me. In 2012 I spent a year training as a yoga teacher at the New Zealand School of Yoga. Feeling inspired and motivated to share the yogic dream I came up with Raw Yoga - a space where I could share my raw authentic love for the practice. This soon lead to a keen interest in partner and Acro Yoga and in 2014 I completed my Acro Yoga teacher training in San Diego. I have now found myself surrounded by other inspired yogis, as we set out to create our dream - our very own space to share healthy high vibe living through yoga, play, connection and finding the pure magic in everyday!

A designer by trade, John has spent much of his life in the process of creation. From Graphic Design, to Urban Design to Garden Design there have been many outlets for his creative passion. After trying hard to avoid yoga for many years, there was no way it wasn't going to be a huge part of his life once he met Nicole, who introduced him to the dynamic, vibrant practices of AcroYoga, Vinyasa and Aerial.
For John, Yoga helped him understand and discover balance, how to move through stuck energy and find the flow, ease and grace of life. The connection discovered through partner based AcroYoga changed the way John moved and operated in the world and the addition of Aerial was initially to build strength and agility for AcroYoga. Aerial soon became an essential part of John’s weekly routine and the love for inversions fuelled the desire to learn more and more.

Ella was drawn to yoga for its ability to center and calm the mind. Her journey as a student of yoga started with her first classes in the Iyengar style, This went on to introduce her to the very different styles of Vinyasa Flow and Astanga. After 7 years of enjoying the constant and positive influence of yoga in her life, Ella felt that she wanted to help other people experience the same powerful benefits.
In 2015 she started her 500RYT teacher training at the New Zealand School of Yoga, a year-long course that would instill in her a deep rooted love of teaching.
Today, Ella's classes incorporate the attention to detail and alignment that she learned in her training, with her own love of focus on the breath, as well as bringing in new aspects that she learns as she continues to develop her own personal practice.

Linda describes her journey to the practice of yoga “like a travellers arrival to the oasis, it’s a nourishing experience to the deepest part of my centre.”
This yoga journey started for her about 11 years ago. Her awe and interest regards the functioning of the human body holds her focus. Through the conscious awareness of breath, she went deeper into her practice and it was whilst in Dubai that she completed her YTT 200 hrs under the inspiring tutelage of Erica Blitz.
For Linda it’s all about the experience and the connection: …..the experience of the yoga practice and how it can bring a deeper connection to this human experience, the earth and the cosmos. She draws on her own experiences as a mother; a personal trainer and someone who approaches life with curiosity and fun. As a teacher is she works at sharing this view with her class.

A biology teacher by day, hannah is a vivacious yoga teacher by night. She has found yoga and meditation an excellent way to balance her busy, and at times stressful, job as a secondary school teacher. A nature lover and avid diver hannah spends a great deal of her spare time near, or under the sea.
After exploring and practicing many types of yoga for a number of years hannah recently decided to complete her 200hr teaching training. She views teaching as a means of deepening her own practice and sharing her passion for yoga with others. Her flowing vinyasa classes have strong focus on alignment and anatomy.
Her ever curious mind for human anatomy and physiology has lead her to explore many different movement disciplines. Having practiced air yoga for a number of years, hannah is thrilled to have completed her air yoga teacher training and become part of the wild seed team.
Teaching : Yin/Yang Flow
I came across yoga after seeking ways to deal with my own injuries and limitations after 10 years of training and playing international hockey for the Black sticks. My running and playing days were cut short by a knee injury so I knew I had to challenge myself in another way and start looking after my body and mind. In my classes I love to create a positive, safe and supportive environment where I combine both yin and yang whole body balanced sequences.
My training includes - Bachelor of Physical Education (BPhEd), RYT 200 hour teacher training through Jaya yoga,Rainbow kids teacher qualification.I am currently completing my RYT 300 advanced teacher training through Jaya yoga.
