Acro Yoga is a practice which blends Acrobatics, Thai massage and Yoga Asana. It is an all encompassing, community practice which can be seen as a metaphor for life.
We offer 2 hour Beginner Acro Yoga Workshops which are open to all levels and we welcome complete beginners to join in the fun!
We also offer Weekend long Acro Yoga Workshops for all levels!
The session will start with a Vinyasa style flow warm up as we connect into our own bodies first and then move into basic acrobatic moves, where you will learn to Base, Fly and spot.
Working in groups of three of four people.
The session will then finish off with a short Thai massage sequence to give back and receive the goodness of massage to send you out into the day feeling energised and refreshed!

We are excited to announce our first full weekend Acro Yoga Workshop!
For all levels of experience, this workshop will break down the key aspects of Acro Yoga, Including;
Yoga asana, basic acrobatic poses and flows, therapeutic acro flying and Thai Massage.
