NOTE: Once you have attended a few Beginner classes come along to our Raw Vinyasa. These classes are open level- take the options that work for you!
Beginner Vinyasa is the building blocks to understand how to move in and out of yoga poses, we start to learn the basic Vinyasa flows which leads into the Raw Vinyasa classes.
Vinyasa is referring to the way the yoga asanas (poses) flow together to create a strong, playful and balanced yoga practice.
Beginner Vinyasa works on a structure to familiarise yourself with a balanced yoga sequence. We learn the foundations to the Vinyasa's, standing poses, breath work, and floor poses working deeper into the hips, hamstrings and shoulders.
