Responding over Reacting
Why do I want to have Radical Awareness? Being radically aware gives you the tools to better support yourself to responding with life, rather than reacting to it. Responding allows life to unfold with ease and grace. It is fair to say we have all been programmed to believe and see life in a certain way. Some of these beliefs/ideas are great and enhance our experience, others can have the opposite affect. Either way Self Reflection is the act of observing, of knowing who we really are, and taking back your power - Internally - Self reflection looks different for each person and this course is designed to unpack what it could look like for you. This course is made up of 17 short videos to support the process of self reflection. There are 6 main concepts;

Course led by Nicole Allan
Nicole is a 500RYT trained Yoga instructor and Yoga Teacher Trainer, she has a Bachelor in Education and a Diploma in Counselling and Psychology and is trained in EFT, PSYCH-K and currently training in Eden Energy Medicine. She has completed her Level 3 in Reiki and has trianed in Trauma informed Yoga and Subtle Yoga practices. Nicole is incredibly passionate about self reflection and cultivating more Radical awareness to really enhance the experience of life and relationships.
