Raw Vinyasa is a strong full Yoga practice integrating precision, alignment, strength and inner Power! Vinyasa refers to the way we find flow through the connection of yoga poses and also the internal sense of flow we find through using the breath. The practice acknowledges our bodies power centre, when we move from our core we start to build this deeper understanding of power, strength and agility.
Vinyasa yoga is an opportunity to go deeper into the practice while still flowing through the poses and building heat and fire in the body.
A great way to start the day feeling strong and refreshed and ending the day by sweating it out - letting yourself go and bringing your awareness back to the present moment. This class is great for building strength, alignment and flexibility.
