Level 1 (Open)
Suitable for Beginners and people wanting a slower stretch and flow.
Focus on flexibility, alignment and breath.
Slow Flow is based on a Yin/Yang flow, expect the pace to be slower and more focus on creating flexibility and working with building mobility through slow transitions and movement.
This class will still cover basic sun Salutations, standing poses and seated poses with a range of variations to keep the body moving in new and different ways.
Slow Flow gives the opportunity for the body and mind to slow down and unwind, gaining interoceptive awareness to cultivate more self awareness.
Level 1-2 (Beginner/Open)
Vinyasa itself means to flow and these classes are based on the idea of flowing with your breath in and out of different yoga based postures.

Using the practice to discover the subtleties of your own body and mind while working with breath.
Suitable for anyone who is interested to give it a go, complete beginners welcome.
Focus on strength, flexibility, supported inversions, spinal decompression, dynamic movement.
Air Yoga offers a different experience off the mat and in the air, using the prop to support another level of depth and understanding in the body. The practice helps to strengthen for a regular yoga practice. It is a fun, dynamic and holistic practice.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Beginner/ Open Level
Yoga Nidra is an incredible and subtle practice to nourish the mind and body. Nidra - meaning sleep, refers to reaching this yogic sleep state or the Alpha state in which the body is at full relaxation. Research shows that this state can be even more restful than sleeping itself.
The practice helps to bring about more balance and harmony and has the potential to create a greater sense of awareness for the individual with a regular practice. Yoga Nidra helps to unwind, by taking time out and allowing yourself to be guided through verbal instructions letting the body and the mind relax deeper
Suitable for experienced yogis, or movement loving people.
Focus is on core strengthening work, handstand alignment, wrist work and techniques for a great handstand. Expect to challenge your body, have fun, work at the wall or in pairs or groups for some of the class, and then try it all out in a flow.
This class is lead by the incredible Kylie Rook who offers a dynamic approach to handstands and how to bring them into your yoga practice. It is also a fantastic hour to train your handstand and keep the motivation alive! You are likely to feel it the next day!

The classes that I run are relaxed and friendly.
Not too serious and hopefully people leave the class feeling more energised and positive. I never push people and allow time and breath to help them find the strength, the releases and the shapes within the practice that suit where they are on that day.
