Is this class strong enough for me? 
If you have been practicing yoga and enjoy the standing poses and sun Salutations these are the classes for you. If you enjoy flowing with your breath and feeling stretched and rinsed,  Vinyasa can leave you feeling strong, stretched and ready to go! 

Am I strong enough for this class? 
If you feel happy to spend time on the hands and are looking to learn how to flow in your practice these are the classes for you! If you are new to Yoga but want to explore more of the standing poses, working into some of the inversions, arm balances and back bends these are great classes to get you moving in the right direction. If you like to flow more in your practice and are happy to take modifications this also is the class for you! 

​Vinyasa helps you to use the practice to discover the subtleties of your own body and mind while working with breath. Along with building more mobility, ease and grace in your daily movement.

Raw Slow
All Levels  (Open/Beginner)


Is this class strong enough for me? 
If you are looking for the opposite of your normal activity and Yoga is your place to reset and restore, Slow Flow is the class for you. Learn to move with more intention and Breath to help balance the bodies systems and stress levels. Perfect if you practice regular cardio and strength work. If you are saying "I am too tight for Yoga' this is the class for you!

Am I strong enough for this class? 
If you are new too Yoga or looking to bring movement back into your life slow flow is for you. If you are Recovering from injury or Illness and looking to build strength back into the foundation of your body Slow Flow is for you. 
​Slow Flow gives an opportunity for the body and mind to slow down and unwind, gaining  
interoceptive awareness to cultivate more flexibility, foundational strength and greater self awareness.

Open Level (We practice/Learn Inversions) 

Is this class strong enough for me? 
If you enjoy a slower pace with strong postures including Inversions, you will like this class. There is a focus on opening the shoulders and chest and being able to stay in poses while focusing on the breath.

Am I strong enough for this class? 
If you are happy to listen and take the modifications that suit you, you will enjoy this class. If you are looking to start your day with a mindful Yoga experiences this is the class for you!

Whole Brain Yoga  
Beginner/ Open Level 

Whole Brain Yoga is perfect for balancing  the nervous system. The practice helps stress reduction, injury recovery, supporting chronic pain, or looking to make positive change in your life!
​The class uses repetitive , slow and subtle movements to create more self awareness. 
You will work with poses in slightly different and creative ways to support the body and mind into a restful state, to access the power to promote positive perception changes.
​
Expect a slower paced, subtle class that is designed to facilitate neuroplastic changes in the brain by promoting balance in the hemispheres.
