Acro Yoga Class Experience
Saturday 21st March 11.30am - 1.30pm

There will be an opening circle and a vinyasa style practice, followed by the basics of acro yoga (or if you're more experienced a chance to play and share what you know - or you are welcome to stay and watch), followed by relaxation.
This event is aimed at being a positive community event where we have the opportunity to be the change we wish to see in the world, coming together to move, play, and share loving kindness with each other.
