Holistic Yoga Coaching sessions
Holistic Yoga coaching will be laid out in private sessions with an instructor to work with your specific needs. Whether that be injury recovery, support with depression and anxiety, stress relief, emotional support and stability, trauma recovery etc. When it comes down to it we all have 'special needs' and it can sometimes be tricky to know where to start and how to work towards balance within your own life.
Holistic Yoga Coaching aims to empower you with tools and understanding to work with your body for greater physical, mental and emotional well-being.
The sessions will involve discussing what is going on, being open to share and delve into any holding patterns and stories the body may have, we then work with the bodies (physical, metal and emotional) to find greater balance and comfort with what is going on.
The tools we use include; Yoga asana and varitations (postures) /dynamic movement, Pranayama (specific breath work), Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep/relaxation), Meditation (Chakra therapy), Reiki (energy work), Massage and essential oils.
You will work with the same instructor and be given exercises that can be done at home and taken into your life.
How Holistic Yoga Sessions work:
To begin we ask you come for a 30 minute for $30 assessment, where we meet each other and discuss what you are looking to get our of the sessions.
After committing to the sessions we ask that a minima of 4 sessions are started with, this enables you at least a month to get into the different exercises and start to feel and see any changes that may happen in your body and life.
Introduction 1 hour session $80
4x sessions $240 ($60 per session)
